About

Nick El-Tawil is both your stereotypical real estate agent and something completely different. Stereotypical because of his aggressiveness, different because he can still put the needs of others before his own. Nick will fight for you and put you first at the same time.

Nick fell into real estate by accident while living in New York City. The unique real estate market in NYC gave Nick more experience with condos, co-ops, apartments, and rentals than most others in Arizona. But he still knows his way around a single-family house! And while the homes are the main attraction, Nick also understands that isn't what his business is built on. Business is built on relationships. That’s why he treats every client like they will still be his clients in 30 years.

Nick was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He went to school at Baruch College in New York, where he met the friends who eventually led him to real estate. After returning to Arizona, Nick later discovered that his great-grandfather (who he never met) was a real estate developer in Phoenix and Scottsdale, who built homes in the area as early as 1960. Turns out real estate was in his blood all along!

Today, Nick lives in Scottsdale. When he’s not working, he enjoys lifting weights, playing pickup basketball, going to Suns games, and soaking up as much sunshine as possible!
